Daily journal June 30,2000, End of gambling in South Carolina, end of half year mark.

Video poker will cease at midnight tonight and hopefully is gone forever because it robs families of bread and milk money for little innocent children that are helpless when a parent has the urge to gamble away the paycheck or welfare. These hellish game stores are open 24 hours per day to take your money and never pay a profit to the sick mind that buts a Penny are more in the machine. We are now hearing the cries of those that exploit the innocent poor public and cause so much suffering, and they are now advocating those that will lose their jobs 3000 in the state when poker shuts down. They never mention all of the innocent and helpless people including adults that suffer because of all their legal robbery before today. All appeals have failed and the industry will be shut down as of tonight with no grace period. Some things are happening that are good. I applaud the legislature of our state for having the fortitude to vote no on this evil industry. From the Northwest side here many huge casinos have been built at the Georgia border and on Highway 25 near the North Carolina border. All these big new colorful casino buildings are closed and abandon already because they never opened. It is rumored that our new Governor was elected on video poker funds supplied by Fred Collins owner of Collin's music company. The music in the name is of course deceptive. It is said that this poker business bill road through legislature 15 years ago by mistake on the back of another bill.

It is rumored that big money from Atlantic City and maybe elsewhere has come into the state because of the noisy governor's race that put gambling against non gambling and church against no church, Christian against sinner and made all Democrats for gambling and all Republicans against gambling in the last election. Although gambling won, there was a lawsuit in progress that somehow turned against the gambling industry in this state.

Let me urge you to never put a coin in a machine. You'll never get rich gambling but you will lose, it is wrong to desire to be rich because to be rich in this world's goods you most likely must deny God and serve Satan. To be rich is to be Christian and have your bank account in Heaven were it is safe and secure. Let no man be a fool and lose his own soul.

The American people are killing themselves in eating sugar and drinking it in soft drinks, sweet tea and other drinks. Reportedly two drinks is enough to stop the immune system from working for 24 hours making one susceptible to ever virus and illness out there. In the past 100 years the American people have increased their consumption of sugar by 100 lbs per year or about one-half pound per day of pure white sugar that is anything but pure. Sugar is made under third-world unsanitary conditions. The sugar we consume may be our biggest problem in maintaining health and Wellness. Young women are now being advised to remove their breast to avoid cancer. I believe if we eat right cancer will not be a threat. Our medical profession trains doctors as pill pushers and all drugs have side effects often deadly. The medical profession admits to killing 300,000 people per year with bad drugs and the wrong drugs in many cases. I know people who had this happen to them. A vegetable diet with fruit and pure water would most likely keep one well to enjoy a long life of living. I believe that basic liquid minerals are important to have a supplemental daily intake. I repeat my believe that God will not heal us and make us well so long as we eat foods that cause all types of illnesses. Avoid the five whites.

God created us, and the foods we eat, to keep us well. Cooking was not a part of the Garden of Eden design. Through years and especially recent years man has profited on processing foods in a syndicated corporate fashion with sugar pleasing the taste of the consumer. We are paying a heavy price for this bit of enjoyment to the palate. Eat raw to live long and happy. Grow your own garden and know what you eat to be safe.
